物与多维感官 —— 康甲的艺术实验

康甲的艺术就如他万象缠绕的心绪,交织着他灵感的突呈、思索的奇异、手法的多样。在我接触的艺术家里,康甲是最“嬗变”的,与他的这一特性紧密关联的是他艺术创作禀赋中自觉的实验意识。他在大学时期对综合材料实验所展开的训练,深化了他面对事物的敏感度,“感受力”与“可感性”问题成为康甲艺术意识中的核心要素,此次展览正是康甲艺术特性的集中体现。
康甲作品中,多样化的材料是他艺术语言的基体。“材料”在日常生活中,人们多以“物”、“物质”或“事物”来概括,古人用“格物致知”来了悟道理,获得智慧。艺术家把不同的物作为艺术表达的材料,当然也是一种“格物”。人类艺术史中与物的交互,最彻底的是杜尚以直白的“现成物+观念”的方式,打破了以颜料绘制图像的传统艺术方式。康甲的用意则在于向我们传达,无论颜料、材料或现成物,都是获得视觉传达的介质,重要的是艺术家如何为读者的感受提供综合的“可感效力”。康甲的这一用心所面对的是艺术家的感性与受众感觉体验的共在场性,是可感物任由材质、颜料、以及灯光、数码等介入时与人们在共感性方面力图达成同频的可能性。展览以“物与多维感官”为题,正是在把材料的多样化以物来统摄,以此召唤感受的多元、多维、多义性在观感中多样化展开的可感性,来回应艺术作品预期的可能性——这体现了康甲艺术实验的心境所在。

Kangjia's art is just like his intertwining thoughts, which interweave with the sudden emergence of his inspiration, the strangeness of his thinking, and the diversity of his techniques.
Among all the artists I know, Kang Jia is the most "transmutation". What is closely related to his characteristic is his conscious experimental consciousness in his artistic creation.
His training in the comprehensive material experiment during his college years deepened his sensitivity to things. The issues of "sensibility" and "sensibility" have become the core elements of Kang Jia's artistic consciousness. This exhibition is the concentrated embodiment of Kang Jia's artistic characteristics.
In Kang Jia's works, diverse materials are the base of his artistic language.
"Material" In daily life, people often use "material", "material" or "things" to generalize. The ancients used "object to realize knowledge" to realize truth and gain wisdom.
Artists use different objects as the materials of artistic expression, which is of course a kind of "objects".
In the history of human art, the most thorough interaction with objects is that Duchamp broke the traditional art way of painting images with pigments with his straightforward way of "ready-made objects + ideas".
Kangjia's intention is to convey to us that paint, materials or ready-made objects are the medium through which visual communication can be achieved, and what matters is how the artist provides a comprehensive "perceptible effect" to the reader's feelings.
Kang Jia's intention is to face the co-presence of the artist's sensibility and the audience's sensory experience, which is the possibility that the perceptible objects are trying to achieve the same frequency with the people's empathy when the materials, pigments, lights, digital and other elements are involved.
The title of the exhibition is "Sensory Perceptions", which is to take the diversity of materials as a whole, to summon the sensibility of the diversified development of the multi-dimensional, multidimensional and multi-meaning feeling in the perception, and to respond to the expected possibility of art works -- this reflects the state of mind of Kang Jia's art experiments.
